Back in April I had the chance to go with The Maddigans to Ottawa for a show. Picking me up in Toronto, we were fueled by excitement and rum, and I’d have it no other way. After a lengthy drive to Ottawa, our lovely capital we arrived at Mavericks and demoed moving gear immediately. Enjoying the other bands, they hit the stage and no wandering heart was spared, each rocking it’s veins out to the pop punk sound of The Maddigans. We decided to come back to Toronto that night, so we did and barely slept. It was purely awesome.

The next night they ripped up a show in Toronto at Hard Luck and made everyone real sweaty. A perfect ender.

Story: Arriving late in the night, I shot the entire show from the back with a zoom lens. The results were actually favourable! The Sums straight killed it with a few classics and some new ones. They know how put on a wicked show.
